According to MQF (Malaysian Qualification Framework), Student Learning Time (SLT) is very important to make student more independent. SLT is dividing two learning phase. One is face to face learning and none face to face learning. How none face to face can help students to fulfil their SLT if they have to spent time for eating, chatting, walking, parking, sleeping, researching to the library, waiting for the bus, waiting for the taxi, and others thing which have to use a lot of time frame. The answer is E-learning. E-learning can make it through online and offline. Even though you are at home, but still can disscuss with your lecturer and show to them what is your problem.
